At Young’s Greenhouse in South Paris, Maine, we are family owned and operated with four generations working all aspects of our operations.  Our firewood for sale is overseen by Glen Young.  Our family has been selling firewood for 50 years.

Our firewood is harvested locally in Maine and we cut, split and season our firewood all in house.  We offer premium cut, split and seasoned dry firewood delivered to your home.  Our premium quality firewood is offered in 16” to 18” lengths.

A minimum delivery of two cords of firewood is $325.00 per cord.  This price is subject to change throughout the season.  Our firewood is offered delivery only as we do not offer pick up on location.  We deliver firewood from August through January (or until we are sold out).

We deliver our firewood to the following towns in Maine:  Harrison, Bridgton, Hebron, Woodstock, Bryant pond, Minot, Bethel, Mechanic Falls, South Paris, Norway, Buckfield, Turner, Poland, Sumner, Hartford, Waterford.

More Information about our firewood and answers to some questions you may have:

What wood do we use for firewood? We use an all hard wood mix of oak, beech, maple and ash woods.

How long is our firewood seasoned? We season (or dry) our firewood for one year.  We purchase our locally harvested Maine hard wood each summer and keep it for one year before we cut and split it.  We store our firewood in our greenhouses which keeps the wood dry as it is undercover and protected from the elements of the outdoors.

What size is our firewood? Our premium quality firewood is offered in 16” to 18” lengths.

When do we deliver? We deliver firewood Monday through Saturday from August through January (or until we sell out).

Where do we deliver? We deliver firewood basically in a thirty mile radius of Young’s Greenhouse.  Our delivery areas are in these towns:  Harrison, Bridgton, Hebron, Woodstock, Bryant pond, Minot, Bethel, Mechanic Falls, South Paris, Norway, Buckfield, Turner, Poland, Sumner, Hartford, Waterford.  Call us to ask if we will deliver to you.

How do we accept orders? Call 207-743-9427 to place an order.

Once an order is placed, how long before we deliver? We generally deliver orders within 2 – 3 days after an order is placed.

What forms of payments do we accept? We accept cash or a certified bank check upon delivery.

Do we have pick up available on site? NO, we only offer firewood delivered.
